              Pictured above is a Royal Air Force (RAF) HC MkII Chinook, tail number ZA714, while on a training exercise in July 2000. The location is just north of Basingstoke in the United Kindom (UK). An HC Mark II is equivalent to the U.S. Army CH-47D helicopter. The HC stands for helicopter. The Mark II or MKII is the version number of the flying machine.
