   92-00292 was a conversion from the original A model Chinook 63-07916.

   On 8 May 1992, 92-00292 was inducted into the D model program, converted, and scheduled for assignment to the Army National Guard, located in the State of Illinois.

   At some point, and as of at least through June 1995, 92-00292 was assigned to Company H, 104th Aviation, Army National Guard, 1st Army, located in Springfield, Illinois.
